New Family Resources

On behalf of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), we are thrilled to welcome you and your family to MacFarlane Park IB Elementary for the 2026–2027 school year! Whether you’re joining us in kindergarten or transferring from another school, we’re so glad to have you as part of our vibrant and supportive school community.

Here are some important steps and resources to help your family get connected and prepared for the upcoming school year. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at ptamacfarlanepark@gmail.com.

  • Register Your Family on the PTA Website

Be sure to register your family by creating an account here on this website. This ensures you receive important updates from the PTA, including our weekly newsletter highlighting school events and activities.

  • Join the PTA

Purchasing a PTA membership helps support our school—but does not require you to volunteer. Memberships for the 2026–2027 school year will open in July!

  • Give Us a Follow

Stay in the loop! We frequently share updates and reminders in our private Facebook group  and Instagram page

  • Get Matched with a MacFarlane Mentor

If you'd like to be matched with a current family, sign up for our MacFarlane Mentor program. It's open to families of all grades an a great way to get acclimated to your new school. Email macfarlanementors@gmail.com to sign up. Learn more here!

  • Subscribe to Our School Calendar

Stay organized by subscribing to our digital school calendar. In addition, teachers and staff will communicate classroom-specific updates through the ClassDojo app. Your child’s teacher will provide details and instructions for accessing the app during the first week of school.

  • School Uniforms

Uniforms may be purchased through our official vendor (with the school logo) or from other retailers that meet uniform guidelines. See more information on our Dress Code Policy.
